Colonel (retired) Jaron H. Roux is currently a Boeing 767 First Officer for Federal Express Corporation (FedEx). FedEx provides customers and businesses worldwide with a broad portfolio of transportation, e-commerce, and business services. Jaron is also Chief Strategy Officer and Interview Coach with Spitfire Elite Consulting; a Black owned business,
which conducts executive coaching for pilots looking to fly for airlines. Colonel Roux retired from the United States Air Force in January of 2022. During his 21 years of service to his country, he served as a Squadron Commander, Vice Wing Commander, and Wing commander.
Col Roux graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in May 2000. After completing pilot training, he was assigned to Charleston AFB SC, flying the C-17A Globemaster III. His staff tours include duty at Headquarters United States Air Force Academy, the Joint Staff, and Headquarters Air Mobility Command. Col Roux is a distinguished graduate of Air Command and Staff College and a graduate of the School of Advanced Air and Space Studies. Col Roux is a Command Pilot with over 5,000 military flying hours and has served as a Special Operations Low Level II Evaluator pilot.
Colonel Roux has flown combat missions in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM..
