Chuck Harris

Chuck is an award-winning leader who has been recognized for agency-level achievements in Federal Government Contracting and Program Management. While serving in the U.S. Air Force, he led Air Force technology thought leadership recognized as the number one (#1) Information Technology innovation in Air Force Materiel Command (Annual Achievement Award) and was subsequently selected for service in the Executive Office of the President, Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP). In addition, Chuck led the deployment of the U.S. Air Force Standard Procurement System as the Deputy Director and served as a Commander in the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).

He later served as Director for the Electronic Data Systems (EDS) Subcontracts Management Group, President of Inflection Point Solutions, and Pyramid Systems Executive where he served in increasing levels of responsibility including SVP for Operations before transitioning to his current role on the Pyramid Systems Advisory Board. In addition to the Pyramid Board, Chuck serves on the U.S. Air Force Academy (WOL) Board of Directors (Technology Lead), and the American Red Cross Board of Directors. Chuck is also the Chair of the In-school John Lewis High School committee installing and evolving a leadership program designed to mentor the next generation of leaders.

Chuck is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy (BS) and holds advanced degrees in Computer Information Systems (MS) and Business Administration (MBA) from St. Mary's University (with a Finance concentration from Harvard University). Chuck also matriculated through an immersive 12-month Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Chief Technology Officer certification program with other Global Technology leaders.

Other notable highlights: Awarded Massachusetts House of Representatives “Positive Role Model” Recognition, received the keys to the City of Montgomery, Alabama from the mayors office, and is a frequent guest speaker in faith-based venues elevating the spirit, hope, and sense of possibilities in the community.

WOL's Primary focus is to increase the pool of qualified minority cadets and to provide counsel to its cadets and graduates. WOL places special emphasis on diversity and ensuring the success of future USAFA cadets, current USAFA cadets, and its graduates.
