Demonte Meeks

Demonte is an active-duty Civil Engineer in the United States Air Force. Originally from Cleveland Ohio, he was recruited to the United States Air Force Academy on a full ride football scholarship. During his time, he was an all-conference linebacker, team captain, recipient of the Jack Braley Mr. Intensity awards, and the Brian Bullard Leadership award. Upon graduation in 2021, he commissioned into the United States Air Force and was stationed at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson.
 
Demonte is passionate about service, leadership, and the commitment to excellence. He has served in a myriad of roles focused on empowering others to reach for higher heights. He has served on the board of directors for the Diversity MBA Admissions conference in association with UCLA Riordan Programs, a conference that seeks to empower a diverse pool of candidates to apply to top tier US business schools. Further, he dedicates his time as an intercity high football coach, teaching young men the important of grit and competition. He is one of the only African American Civil Engineer Officers in PACAF, winning numerous base level awards, and competing for Air Force awards. Lastly, he is a proud Rotarian that seeks to embody the four-way test in every action that he takes.
 
Outside of his military responsibilities, Demonte’ enjoys photography, playing guitar, volunteering at food pantries and Rotary events. He is currently stationed at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson and has accepted a follow-on assignment to Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.
